This is fantastic! I've been hoping since the start of the blog that we would be getting a list of basket items. If you are able to keep this up, it'll be neat to look back on these entries over the course of the year.

I took the last basket of turnips, carrots, radishes and onions and saute them in some olive oil for about 10 minutes. Then I added the swiss chard stems along with garlic and cooked for about 5 minutes more. Finally I added all the greens...Swiss chard leaves, bok choy, basils and poured in broth (veg broth works as well as chicken) added a bit of dried tumeric/ rosemary from our basket and cooked it for about 10 more minutes. I finally added pasta, black beans and canned organic tomotoes and cooked it for the final five miniutes. It was a wonderful soup make from all the vegetables in the basket.
