This is why llamas don't like goats


Here's our intrepid goat herd leader, Nibbles (aka Whiskers On Kittens) challenging the (much) larger llamas, "so what are you going to do about it".


Llamas are clean creatures (once feed hits the floor, they won't usually touch it) Our llamas utilize a hiarchy with regards to which llama can approach the feed and when. And here's Nibbles lounging in their food, completely oblivious to llama sanitation standards, established hiarchy proticol and common decency. Final insult: Nibbles left behind goat "pellets" upon departure.

..... Collards are here this week. Mild flavored and nutrient dense, these leafy greens are often overlooked but are worth a try! Be careful not to overcook--like other cruciferous veggies--overcooked collards have an unpleasant odor. A cancer preventing cruciferous vegetable--recent studies indicate that steamed collard greens have the greatest cholesteral-lowering ability of all leafy greens. Milder flavored than typical arugula; this popular Japanese leafy green will add some zip to an otherwise mundane salad. Thanks, Monsanto!

Not that GMO's are anything to laugh about, but appealing to reason hasn't affected much change, so here's a link to a cynical video spoofing Monsanto. Here's the thing;  each year the GMO issue becomes more oppressive to those that passionately choose to farm without GMO's as well as to those that would choose to dine without GMO's...if their food was labeled in such a way that they'd have a choice. Even so called healthy food sources like WholeFoods have recently acknowledged that many of their store products contain GMO's.
