Kumquat Salsa

2 cups chopped and cleaned, thinly sliced kumquats (seeds removed)

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1/4 cup chopped green onion

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

3 Tbsp. olive oil

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Dash of Tabasco

Pinch of salt to taste


Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
