Tips on what to refrigerate? I never refrigerate fruit or tomatoes but am wondering about greens that won't be used for a few days. And what about cucumbers? From this week's (8/5) basket I went ahead and refrigerated lettuce, kale, and the other greens (looked like some type of Asian greens.) Everything else I am keeping out. Thanks!

Also in honor of mint & limes in this week's basket, I would like to share a really wonderful tea recipe for mint & lime iced green tea:

Bring 2 qts water to a simmer in med pot. Add 8 green tea bags & 1 bunch fresh mint, remove from heat and steep, covered, 10 mins.

Discard tea bags, add 1 1/2 c sugar, and stir to dissolve completely. Let cool to room temperature and store in refrigerator.

After tea completely cools stir in juice of 4 med limes. Serve over ice w/additional mint sprigs & lime wedge to garnish.
